Beginner — 4 weeks- Understanding SPN/FMI fault code structure
- Connecting and navigating Nexiq USB-Link 3
- Reading live data from supported electronic modules
- Basic DPF regeneration procedures
- Aftertreatment system overview and derate levels
Advanced Engine Diagnostics
Intermediate — 6 weeks- Platform-specific diagnostics: Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR
- Turbo VGT, EGR valve, and boost pressure analysis
- SCR system troubleshooting and NOx sensor diagnostics
- Injector trim codes and cylinder balance testing
- Complex wiring diagrams and harness testing
ECM Programming & Calibration
