By scheduling an appointment or using Torque Edge Solutions ("we", "us") services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description & Pricing 2. Descripción del Servicio y Precios

Torque Edge provides mobile diesel inspection and diagnostic services. We proudly offer a Free Pre-Check to verify your truck is ready for testing.

PRICING CLARIFICATION:

The "Free" offer covers the mobile pre-check and diagnostic scan only. This ensures we don't run an official test that you might fail.

The official CARB Clean Truck Check (Compliance Test & Certificate) cost is $200.00 USD.

This fee applies only if you proceed with the official test after the pre-check.

Torque Edge provee servicios móviles de inspección y diagnóstico. Ofrecemos orgullosamente un Pre-Chequeo Gratis para verificar que su camión esté listo.

ACLARACIÓN DE PRECIOS:

La oferta "Gratis" cubre únicamente el pre-chequeo y escaneo de diagnóstico. Esto asegura que no ejecutemos una prueba oficial que podría reprobar.

El costo del examen oficial CARB Clean Truck Check (Cumplimiento y Certificado) es de $200.00 USD.

Este cobro aplica solo si usted decide proceder con la prueba oficial después del pre-chequeo.

3. Cancellations 3. Cancelaciones

We understand that schedules change in the trucking industry. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. This helps us serve other drivers efficiently.

Entendemos que los horarios cambian en la industria del transporte. Si necesita cancelar o reprogramar, por favor avísenos con al menos 2 horas de anticipación. Esto nos ayuda a servir a otros choferes de manera eficiente.

4. Customer Responsibilities 4. Responsabilidades del Cliente

To ensure safe service, the customer must guarantee:

A safe, flat, and legal location to park and perform the test.
That the vehicle is accessible and keys are available at the scheduled time.
That the engine is at operating temperature if required.

Para realizar el servicio móvil de manera segura, el cliente debe garantizar:

Un lugar seguro, plano y legal para estacionar y realizar la prueba.
Que el vehículo esté accesible y con las llaves disponibles a la hora pactada.
Que el motor tenga temperatura operativa si se requiere.

5. Limitation of Liability 5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Torque Edge performs the test and uploads results to CARB. We do not guarantee that your vehicle will pass if it has pre-existing mechanical failures. We are not liable for fines incurred before or after our inspection.

Torque Edge realiza la prueba y sube los resultados a CARB. No garantizamos que su vehículo pase la prueba si tiene fallas mecánicas preexistentes. No nos hacemos responsables por multas previas o posteriores a nuestra inspección.
