Torque Edge customer-care SMS terms
If you affirmatively select the SMS option, you authorize Torque Edge to send SMS text messages about appointment reminders, service updates, and responses to your requests. This authorization is for these service and customer-care messages only. It does not include promotions or offers, which require a separate appropriate authorization.
Message frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service; you may leave the SMS box unchecked when making a service request.
To stop messages, reply STOP to an SMS you receive. For help, reply HELP, email sales@torque-edge.com or call (800) 697-7626. You may also contact us to ask that messaging stop. A new unselected checkbox does not revoke an existing authorization. We must honor withdrawals before further messaging; this does not depend on whether a carrier or provider automates the process.
Submitting the authorization form records your selection; it does not itself send an SMS or verify that you control the number. Verification may be needed before messaging begins.
